...work alittle strange in the way it sorts the treats, should they not be sorted by date of opening? somehow it shows sometimes older treats (not sticky or announcements) in a upper position, eaven if it was not changed since months???

Thats a bit odd - maybe it shows topics that have been viewed a lot recently?
