you will probibly want a grafix card made by Matrox they are the leading producer of multi monitor gpus. example look at this product for laptops and regular computers that they made this may help you out

or if you want to go the way of having powerfull grafix cards use sli and pci express except use the new generation quad sli yes thats right 4 grafix cards with 2 outpust each thats exactly 8 heres some more info on that

Matrox also made a box that would fit on *any* gfx card - even a laptop, that split a single monitor output into multiple monitor outputs.
