Yep as soon as i render to a texture fps= 3-4
so its a no go for me
but im getting a new card soon.
Which really sucks i did this joke preset up used the two font textures and used warp on them then drew to a texture the used wrap on them (coloured 'em green as well ) made it into a wierd looking matrix rip kinda but it was way too slow nearly 3 seconds to draw the 1st frame.
yea i didnt think about that alpha textures i will just put them in aswell next time
i am trying to fix that white sreen prob ( i get it aswell ) i pretty sure its because when the value for bass goes below 0 theres isnt any textures for it to display, I tried using if( bass>1,3,4) and like but it just made it jump in between textures so fast it looked crap and very unreactive. I also gonna try some different textures 4 it aswell cause when you put the strobe on gets pretty dull colour wise.And the strobe is leftpermemtly on when im using r2 so im tying to do ones that look good with the strobe on.
I'm happy to hear that about r4 cant wait for it being able to use lots of textures and hopefully my own 3d models
will really help it be more flexable maybe it'll become more mainstream and get the kinda support and following (from the comunity ) that milkdrop recieves it'd be kewl to have 3500 r4 presets you'd never see the same shit twice well nearly.
