SOLUTION FOUND!

I found a tool, which converts multiple video file formats. The name of the software says what it is: SUPER. It is freeware and you can download it here:

I converted my video as ffmpeg (not MEncoder, this was the problem) with the standard DIVX codec and now it rewinds as expected.
