doc?

I can't seem to find any doc about what keys do what, i.e. changing scenes, setting up options, etc.

That'd be because there aren't any. At the moment:

ESC - Bring up Menu

in Menu:
Up/Down - up/down menu item
Enter - select menu item (if appropriate)
Left/Right - Change menu item (if appropriate)

There are no real shortcut keys - I think i put a screen capture one in but i've forgotten what it is and it didn't work anyway
