I'm afraid there isn't at the moment. To be honest I don't think there would be a major amount of call for it. I'll keep it in mind for the next version though

It would be good, but at the moment the R4 script engine lacks the power to really do anything very interesting with the amount of pixels in a texture.
The more sensible thing to do is probably to use a vertex shader to load offsets from a texture - that way you can shift a lot more polygons. Thats something you'll have to wait for in the next version though
